Swedish Massage:
By using a firm but gentle pressure, these long smooth massage strokes are specifically designed to relax muscles, increase circulation, and flush out toxins. Reduces stress both physically and emotionally.
Deep Tissue:
Aimed at realigning the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesion's to relieve pain and restore normal movement. Helpful for chronically tense and "locked" areas, although named Deep Tissue this massage will "hurt so good" with out being painful.
The Combo:
Perfect for those of you with tense areas but also wanting to relax. This massage combines the best of every modality, hot stones melt tension in large muscle groups, Deep Tissue works out muscular knots, and long-flowing Swedish strokes lull you into relaxation.
Sports Recovery:
This therapy starts with 30 minutes of assisted stretching then transitions into an hour of massage that has just the right pressure for your sore muscles. This is the perfect post event treatment to shorten healing time, reduce potential injuries, and flush lactic acid. (please wear loose fitting yoga style clothing to this session)
Hot Stone Massage:
This highly relaxing therapy uses sanitized Basalt lava stones heated to 135 degrees, these stones are then placed along the body on top of the client, with a layer of fabric between the client and the stone. While these layout stones are delivering concentrated centers of heat, the therapist is simultaneously massaging the client with oiled, heated stones held in the palm of the hand with firm strokes along the muscles of the back, shoulders, arms, and legs.
The Vacation:
It's all about you! Similar to the Combo, but longer, just tell us what your body needs, a full 2 hours of therapy of your choice, including detailed head and scalp work (East Indian Head Massage), and extended reflexology foot massage including an all natural aromatherapy foot masque that softens, soothes, and revitalizes tired feet.

East Indian Head Massage:
By touching specific points along the head, face and scalp this therapy activates the parasympathetic nervous system which turns off your "fight or flight" nervous system mode and allows you to relax into a state similar to that of REM sleep. One of the benefits of the treatment is stimulating and toning the elastin and collagen fibers in the skin, and flushing out stagnant lymphatic fluid this encourages skin suppleness and helps restore elasticity. This modality is frequently marketed as a natural face lift, while this therapy can lessen wrinkles, expression lines, reduce under eye puffiness, and increase skin elasticity it has many other positive benefits as well. Perfect for those of you who love head and scalp massage.

Assisted Stretching and Flexibility Enhancing:
Using a series of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretches gently, safely, and effectively achieve what you cannot obtain through self stretching. PNF stretching is currently the fastest and most effective way known to increase static-passive flexibility. Some of the benefits of stretching are: injury prevention, reduced muscle tension, increased range of motion, enhanced muscular coordination and performance. Tune-Up:
