My goal, as should be yours, is to teach you the tools needed to maintain proper fitness and
nutritional habits independently in your day to day life.

Fitness programs are individually tailored to reduce body fat, increase strength and flexibility,and boost confidence, 
by focusing on functional movements for total body conditioning.

Each 60 minute session consists of a warm up, a challenging workout that combines cardiovascular, resistance,
plyometric, and core exercises, and a cool down with stretching.

Baseline Fitness Assesment
A workout
Set up of Food Diary

Packages include:
Monthly Body Fat Percentage Test
Monthly Baseline Fitness Assesment
Monthly Graphed Results of ongoing Fitness Assesment
Weekly Review and counseling of Food Diary




 $60 per 1 hour session

Packages:
 
6 sessions: $330
12 sessions: $564 
24 sessions: $960 

Monthly:
3 sessions per week $425/month
4 sessions per week $525/month
